Our Processing Promise

Once you've placed your order, our team gets to work with efficiency and care. We typically require 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) to process your order, which includes quality checks, careful packaging, and preparing it for shipment. Please note that during peak shopping periods, a little extra processing time might be needed, but we always strive to get your order out as quickly as possible.

When Your Order Ships

Our daily order processing cut-off is 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will be joyfully processed starting the next business day. Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow its journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
