- The item(s) must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or if they are custom-made (unless they are faulty). Please see the specific product description for details.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Return Instructions: Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s), including the return address.
- Package Your Item(s): Carefully package the item(s) you are returning in their original packaging (if possible) or secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. Please include all original tags and any accompanying accessories.
- Ship Your Return: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Inspection and Processing of Returns
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date we receive your return for the inspection process to be completed.
Refund Options
Upon successful inspection of your returned item(s), you will be eligible for one of the following refund options, depending on the circumstances:
- Full Refund: If the return is due to a defect in the product, an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), or if the item meets all the return eligibility criteria, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping costs (if applicable).
- Partial Refund: In some cases, such as if the item is returned after the specified return period or is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Store Credit: You may also opt to receive store credit for the value of the returned item(s), which can be used for future purchases on JND Boutique.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return has been approved and your refund option has been processed, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item following the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your order) with clear photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, a full refund, or other appropriate solutions.
